Contributes to the maintenance of healthy hair (B8, Zn), skin (B8, B3, B2, A, Zn), and nails (Zn).
Helps protect cells from oxidative stress (B2, C, E, Zn).
Contributes to normal collagen formation for the normal function of the skin (C).
